INVITATION LETTER

If a VISA is required, please send an email to kfarm@esgroup.net with the following documents:

  • Pre-registration barcode (You need to pre-register in advance to issue a barcode. It will be sent to your email.)
  • Passport copy
  • Round-trip flight reservation confirmation and e-ticket
  • Accommodation reservation confirmation (must include the full and detailed address of the accommodation)
  • Detailed itinerary of your stay in Korea (the schedule should be prepared considering the actual scale of the exhibition)
  • Company name, position within the company, and full company address

※ Please note that all documents must be submitted without exception to issue the invitation letter.
In case it is judged that the purpose of the visit is not met, your application for a VISA invitation is subject to rejection.

ATTENTION

  1. We DO NOT issue guarantee letters for individuals.
  2. The invitation letter will be issued only to those whose purpose is to visit K-FARM.
    This letter does not guarantee visa issuance, and the Fair Manager is not responsible for visa approval.
    Note that the Fair Manager will not contact the embassy nor send letters to them.
  3. The Fair Manager has the right to decline the issuance of an official letter if the applicant fails to submit the mandatory documents.
  4. For those requiring a visa to enter Korea, it is strongly recommended that the applicants start preparing their applications at least 45 days prior to departure date.
  5. The invitation letter will be ready within seven business days on arrival of all mandatory documents to the Fair Manager.

  6. Invitation letters will be issued only after a thorough review of the applicant’s business background and confirmation that their participation is relevant to the purpose of the exhibition.
    The Secretariat reserves the right to decline issuance if the purpose of visit is deemed unrelated to the event or insufficiently justified.

  7.  Please note that applications indicating travel plans primarily focused on tourism rather than event participation may not be eligible for an invitation letter.
